Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
- 1/2 small Yellow Onion (diced)
- 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 Tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Celery Seed
- 1/8 Tsp Ground Allspice
Instruction
- Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a slow cooker. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Set the slow cooker to LOW and cook uncovered until the ketchup has reduced and thickened, approximately 6 to 7 hours.
- Using an immersion blender or food processor, purée the ketchup to your desired consistency.
- Place the ketchup in resealable jars or other containers. Let the ketchup cool completely, then seal and refrigerate.
