Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 24 oz. cremini mushrooms
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley (minced)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. ghee
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Place the mushrooms, garlic, and herbs in a slow cooker.
  • Pour in the vegetable stock and season to taste.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Add in the coconut milk, stir, and cook until warm.
  • Remove bay leaves, adjust seasonings, and serve.
