Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 24 oz. cremini mushrooms
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley (minced)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. ghee
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instruction
- Place the mushrooms, garlic, and herbs in a slow cooker.
- Pour in the vegetable stock and season to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
- Add in the coconut milk, stir, and cook until warm.
- Remove bay leaves, adjust seasonings, and serve.
