Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 28 oz Hillshire Farm® Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausage
- 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 20 oz can of pineapple chunks
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice from the can
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Instruction
- Place BBQ sauce in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add pineapple, and pineapple juice.
- Add soy sauce.
- Add ground ginger and gently stir.
- Add the smoked sausage and stir. Place in slow cooker.
- Turn slow cooker to high and cook 90 minutes. Turn slow cooker to warm once desired temperature has been reached. Serve.
