Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 red potatoes (medium, cubed into 1/2 inch pieces (skin on))
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instruction

  • Add oil to the slow cooker, turn to high and allow to heat up for about 15 minutes
  • Combine all ingredients, except the butter, in the slow cooker, toss potatoes in the hot oil and seasonings, cover and cook on high 2-3 hours (4-5 hours on low), or until potatoes are tender and browned.
  • Add the butter and lightly toss. Serve hot and enjoy!
