Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 boneless pork chops (can also use bone-in but they fall apart easily)
  • 21 ounces Campbell's French Onion Soup ((2, 10.5 ounce cans* You will fill each can with water as well )
  • 2 medium sweet Vidalia onions (sliced thinly *can also use yellow onions)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounces sour cream (optional for a creamier sauce)

Instruction

  • Place pork chops, spices and onions into your slow cooker.
  • Add the soups, and be sure to fill the can once each with water since this soup is condensed.
  • Slow cook for 6 hours; serve the pork chops, onion, and “gravy” over freshly made mashed potatoes.
