Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 boneless pork chops (can also use bone-in but they fall apart easily)
- 21 ounces Campbell's French Onion Soup ((2, 10.5 ounce cans* You will fill each can with water as well )
- 2 medium sweet Vidalia onions (sliced thinly *can also use yellow onions)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces sour cream (optional for a creamier sauce)
Instruction
- Place pork chops, spices and onions into your slow cooker.
- Add the soups, and be sure to fill the can once each with water since this soup is condensed.
- Slow cook for 6 hours; serve the pork chops, onion, and “gravy” over freshly made mashed potatoes.
