Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 1/2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • (2) 10.5 oz canned french onion soup
  • 10.5 oz Canned Beef Consomme
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Slider Buns or Dinner Rolls

Instruction

  • Place beef into the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together onion soups and consomme. Pour over the beef.
  • Place lid on the slow cooker and set temperature to low. Cook 8-10 hours.
  • Gently shred the meat and serve on slider buns with some of the cooking liquid, au jus, on the side for dipping.
