Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- About 4 cups grape or cherry tomatoes
- 8 ounce block of feta cheese
- 8 ounce block of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 garlic whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 16 ounce rotini pasta
Instruction
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the feta cheese and cream cheese blocks on top of the tomatoes.
- Pour over the olive oil.
- Sprinkle over the seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Add the garlic cloves.
- Place the lid on the slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 4 hours.
- Cook the pasta according to box directions and drain.
- Stir the sauce together making sure the cheeses get blended in.
- Add the pasta to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Top with shredded parmesan cheese and basil if desired.
