Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 5 pound(s) pork butt
  • 1 - lemon
  • 1 - lime
  • 1 - orange
  • 1 package(s) chicken demi glace
  • 1/2 cup(s) chicken stock
  • 12 clove(s) garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) each cumin and oregano
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large onion cut into slices
  • - lime wedges for serving

Instruction

  • Cut deep slits all over the pork and season with salt and pepper and pat into the meat. Place the pork in a slow cooker.
  • Juice the lemon, lime and orange. Add the remaining ingredients except the onion. Pour over the pork. Place the onion rounds on top. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
  • Remove pork and shed. Place back in sauce. Serve with a lime wedge to squeeze over top
