Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 6 1- inch Pork loin chops
  • 2 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Bourbon
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth

Instruction

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat, sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper and add to the skillet
  • Brown the pork chops on both sides, transfer to crock pot
  • Melt the butter in the skillet over medium high heat, add the onions and saute until they begin to soften
  • Add the remaining ingredients and scrape any browned bits from the bottom of pan, pour into crock pot
  • Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours
