Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Cups Corn Kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoon White Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter (plus extra to grease the crock pot)
  • ½ cup Milk
  • large pinch Salt

Instruction

  • Heavily butter inside of crock pot, add in 1 ½ cups of corn, finely chop remaining ½ cup corn and add in.
  • Mix remaining eggs, sugar, butter and milk in a bowl, pour over the corn.
  • Cook on low for 2 hours.
