Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Cups Corn Kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Tablespoon White Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Butter (plus extra to grease the crock pot)
- ½ cup Milk
- large pinch Salt
Instruction
- Heavily butter inside of crock pot, add in 1 ½ cups of corn, finely chop remaining ½ cup corn and add in.
- Mix remaining eggs, sugar, butter and milk in a bowl, pour over the corn.
- Cook on low for 2 hours.
