Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts (6 to 8 ounces each)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (not ground)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (fat-free)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain, fat-free)
Instruction
- Place all ingredients except the cream cheese and Greek yogurt in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and set aside. Whisk in the cream cheese and yogurt until smooth. Return the chicken to the slow cooker. Cook on high for another 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
