Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 tablespoons salted butter, (cut into pieces)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, (cut into pieces)
- 2 pounds frozen corn
Instruction
- Mix together half-and-half, cornstarch, sugar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Add butter, cream cheese, and frozen corn. Mix together
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours, stirring a few times during that time. It will thicken more as it cools.
