Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 12 oz bag fresh cranberries (rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or more to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on Low heat for 3 hours.
  • Using a wooden spoon, gently mash the cranberries until desired consistency is reached.
