Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 12 oz bag fresh cranberries (rinsed)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon orange zest (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
Instruction
- Place all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on Low heat for 3 hours.
- Using a wooden spoon, gently mash the cranberries until desired consistency is reached.
