Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 3 lbs. boneless (skinless chicken breasts)
- 1 1-oz. packet ranch seasoning mix
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 oz. thick-cut bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- 8 hoagie buns or croissant rolls
Instruction
- Using a slow cooker, add chicken breasts, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, cheese and garlic powder.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours, or until chicken is fully cooked and shreds easily with two forks.
- Using two forks, shred chicken. Stir mixture until well combined.
- Add crumbled bacon and chopped green onions; stir until well combined.
- Serve on buns or croissant rolls.
