Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 3 lbs. boneless (skinless chicken breasts)
  • 1 1-oz. packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz. thick-cut bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 8 hoagie buns or croissant rolls

Instruction

  • Using a slow cooker, add chicken breasts, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, cheese and garlic powder.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours, or until chicken is fully cooked and shreds easily with two forks.
  • Using two forks, shred chicken. Stir mixture until well combined.
  • Add crumbled bacon and chopped green onions; stir until well combined.
  • Serve on buns or croissant rolls.
