The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 ounces beef stew meat
- 1 potato, unpeeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (16 ounces) baked beans in barbecue sauce
Instruction
- In 2 1/2- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker, mix beef, potato, onion, salt and pepper. Spread beans over beef mixture.
- Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until beef is tender.
