Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (19 oz) Progresso™ cannellini white kidney beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (19 oz) Progresso™ red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instruction
- In 10-inch skillet, cook beef, bacon and onion over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is brown and onion is tender; drain.
- In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, mix beef mixture and remaining ingredients. Cover; cook on High heat setting 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until slightly thickened.
