Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 1/2 pounds pork country style boneless ribs
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves (no sugar added preferred)
Instruction
- Add ribs to slow cooker
- Mix together BBQ sauce and apricot preserves
- Pour half of the mixture over the ribs and save the rest in an airtight container in the fridge for later
- Cook on low for 8 hours until cooked through
- Brush on remaining sauce and serve
