Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 pounds Corned Beef Brisket
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 red skin potatoes, chopped (1)
- cup baby carrots
- 12 ounces beer
- 1 cup beef broth (or water)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 green cabbage, chopped
Instruction
- Add the minced garlic, onion, potatoes and carrots to slow cooker followed by the corned beef.
- Add the beef broth and beer to the slow cooker.
- Cook for 7-8 hours on high or 9-10 hours on low.
- Add the cabbage 1-2 hours before beef is done or until cabbage is tender.
- Top with parsley before serving.
