Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 3-5 pound corned beef (including seasoning packet)
  • 1-2 pounds small potatoes
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 1 head of cabbage (cut into quarters)
  • 1 cup of water

Instruction

  • Place the beef brisket on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add the potatoes and carrots around the beef.
  • Sprinkle on the seasoning packet then add in the water.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 8-9 hours or on HIGH for 5-6 hours.
  • One hour before serving, add in the quartered cabbage.
  • Serve and enjoy!
