Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 3-5 pound corned beef (including seasoning packet)
- 1-2 pounds small potatoes
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 head of cabbage (cut into quarters)
- 1 cup of water
Instruction
- Place the beef brisket on the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the potatoes and carrots around the beef.
- Sprinkle on the seasoning packet then add in the water.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8-9 hours or on HIGH for 5-6 hours.
- One hour before serving, add in the quartered cabbage.
- Serve and enjoy!
