Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 (15 oz) can sloppy joe sauce
  • 8 buns

Instruction

  • In the bottom of your slow cooker combine the pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and sloppy joe sauce. Stir.
  • Add in the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for about 4 hours (for breasts) or 6 hours (for thighs). Remove the chicken and shred on a cutting board. Add the chicken back in and stir.
  • Toast the buns and serve a heaping portion of the chicken and sauce on top of each bun. Enjoy!
