- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 28 Ounce Can red enchilada sauce
- 1 15 ounce Can corn, (Drained)
- 1 15 ounce Can black beans, (Drained)
- 1 15 ounce Can Ranch Style OR Pinto Beans, (Drained)
- 1 Cup Salsa
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1-2 teaspoons Hot Sauce, (Optional)
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar or Monterrey Jack or a Mixture
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 Tablespoon Water
