Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 whole rotisserie chicken (meat shredded, skin and bones discarded)
- 10 cups crumbled cornbread
- 8 slices day old bread, (torn into large pieces)
- 1½ cups onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 4 tsp dried sage
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 large eggs
- 2 (14.5-oz) can chicken broth
- 2 (10.5-oz) cans cream of chicken
- 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of mushroom
Instruction
- In a large bowl, combine crumbled cornbread, bread slices, onion, celery, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, eggs, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, and chicken broth.
- Stir in chopped rotisserie chicken.
- Transfer mixture to slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
