Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 3 (15.25 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained (or 4-1/2 cups frozen)
- 1-1/4 cups half and half or whole milk
- 1-1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, sliced
- 1 (8 ounce) block cold cream cheese, cubed
Instruction
- Add corn to a 4-quart slow cooker and stir in half and half, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Top with butter and cream cheese.
- Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally, or until nicely thickened. Before serving, stir, taste, and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
