Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound potatoes, peeled
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 2 strips bacon, chopped
  • 1.5 pounds chicken
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 2/3 cup shredded cheese (I used colby jack)
  • Optional toppings: cheese, avocado, salsa

Instruction

  • Chop potatoes into fairly large chunks and spread over bottom of slow cooker.
  • Top with garlic powder, black pepper and bacon.
  • Cut chicken into chunks and place on top of potatoes.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Add chicken broth.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  • Serve with a slotted spoon and top as desired.
