Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound potatoes, peeled
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- 2 strips bacon, chopped
- 1.5 pounds chicken
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 2/3 cup shredded cheese (I used colby jack)
- Optional toppings: cheese, avocado, salsa
Instruction
- Chop potatoes into fairly large chunks and spread over bottom of slow cooker.
- Top with garlic powder, black pepper and bacon.
- Cut chicken into chunks and place on top of potatoes.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Add chicken broth.
- Top with cheese.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Serve with a slotted spoon and top as desired.
