Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 pound ground hamburger (cooked and drained)
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 cup carrots (shredded)
- 4 medium potatoes (diced about 1 pound)
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 1 cup celery (diced)
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 5 Tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 jalapeno (finely diced, optional)
- 12 ounces Velveeta cheese (cubed)
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 6 slices bacon (cooked and chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- In a small cup, mix the chicken broth and flour together
- Place the hamburger, garlic, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, butter, milk,cream, paprika, and jalapeno in the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Pour the chicken broth over the meat and stir.
- Turn on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours.
- When the potatoes are tender, add the Velveeta cheese and allow to melt.
- Stir in the sour cream and bacon. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with garlic bread or waffle fries.
