Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 4 cups Russet potatoes ((cubed))
  • 15 oz Petite diced tomatoes ((drained))
  • 1/2 cup Carrots ((chopped))
  • 1/2 cup Celery ((chopped))
  • 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese ((shredded))
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 cup Heavy cream

Instruction

  • Cook and crumble ground beef on the stove top. Once cook drain fat and add cooked beef to the slow cooker. 
  • Add vegetables to your slow cooker. Sprinkle in seasoning salt, pepper, and chili powder. Pour in broth and allow to cook on high for 4 hours.
  • After 4 hours add shredded cheese. In a separate bowl whisk together flour and cream until well combined then add it to the slow cooker. Allow to cook for 30 more minutes.
