Ingredients
The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 4 cups Russet potatoes ((cubed))
- 15 oz Petite diced tomatoes ((drained))
- 1/2 cup Carrots ((chopped))
- 1/2 cup Celery ((chopped))
- 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese ((shredded))
- 3 tablespoons Flour
- 1 cup Heavy cream
Instruction
- Cook and crumble ground beef on the stove top. Once cook drain fat and add cooked beef to the slow cooker.
- Add vegetables to your slow cooker. Sprinkle in seasoning salt, pepper, and chili powder. Pour in broth and allow to cook on high for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours add shredded cheese. In a separate bowl whisk together flour and cream until well combined then add it to the slow cooker. Allow to cook for 30 more minutes.
