Ingredients

The following ingredients have 16 Servings
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 7 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1-1/2 cups Almonds

Instruction

  • Heat the butter, sugar, honey, and vanilla in the slow cooker on high until melted, about 20 minutes. Gently stir in the popcorn and almonds. Cover and cook on high for one hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes. Remove cover and cook on low for an additional 30 minutes, stirring halfway. Spread onto a parchment lined cookie sheet to cool for 15 minutes.
