Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- kosher salt, pepper
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 jalapeno peppers (seeds removed and minced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 10 oz cans Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chiles
- 2 14 oz cans chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese and Fritos
Instruction
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker. Season with chili powder, kosher salt, pepper, and the packet of dry ranch seasoning.
- Add the diced onions, minced jalapenos, garlic, buffalo wing sauce, Rotel, and chicken broth. Give it a stir and turn it on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving, shred the chicken with two forks right in the slow cooker. Add the cream cheese. Stir a few times until the cream cheese is melted and evenly combined.
- Top with shredded cheese and Fritos if desired.
