Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 to 10 chicken drumsticks (, skin removed, optional*)
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot ((or any other buffalo sauce that you like to use))
  • 1/2 cup dry wine
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 garlic cloves (, minced)
  • 3 tablespoons dried parsley
  • fresh parsley (, for garnish)
  • green onions (, sliced, for garnish)

Instruction

  • Place drumsticks in a large resealable plastic bag or inside the inner bowl of your crock pot.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the bag; seal bag and turn to coat, or cover the inner bowl with lid.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  • Transfer chicken and sauce to slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours, or until chicken is tender. You can also cook them on HIGH for 2 to 2-1/2 hours.
  • Remove chicken to a serving plate and brush the sauce over the chicken.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and green onions.
  • Serve with a side of bleu cheese dip.
