Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken
  • 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom
  • 3 cups frozen broccoli
  • 15 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
  • salt and pepper to season

Instruction

  • Place the chicken, onion and both cream soups in the slow cooker on high for 3 1/2 hours. Using two forks start to shred the chicken in the slow cooker. Then add the broccoli, corn along with salt and pepper. Stir and let it cook for an additional 30 minutes. Serve with rice or a salad.
