  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher or sea salt

  • 1 clove garlic (crushed or minced)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar ((either light or dark will work))
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1.5 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup water
