Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb Ground Beef (browned)
  • 14.5 oz Can Stewed Tomatoes
  • 15 oz Can Kidney Beans (Drained and Rinsed)
  • 1.25 oz Envelope Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 8 oz Carrot Puree ( or Tomato Sauce)
  • Garnish: Shredded Cheese and Sour Cream

Instruction

  • Combine ingredients in a 4 quart slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream
