Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 pound(s) beef stew meat
- 1/2 clove(s) garlic
- 2 can(s) condensed mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz)
- 8 ounce(s) fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
- 8 ounce(s) sour cream
- 6 cup(s) hot cooked noodles or rice
Instruction
- In skillet lightly brown stew beef with salt, pepper, garlic and mushrooms. Put in slow cooker and add soups.
- Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until beef is very tender.
- Stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted. Stir sour cream into beef mixture. Serve over noodles.
