Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 450g beef steak, cubed
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Massel Beef Style Liquid Stock
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced

Instruction

  • Cut meat into 2.5cm cubes. Combine flour, salt and pepper.
  • Coat meat in seasoned flour.
  • Add reamining ingredients and mix well.
  • Cover and cook for 12 hours on low, or 4-6 hours on High.
  • Stir before serving.
