Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 450g beef steak, cubed
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cups Massel Beef Style Liquid Stock
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
Instruction
- Cut meat into 2.5cm cubes. Combine flour, salt and pepper.
- Coat meat in seasoned flour.
- Add reamining ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and cook for 12 hours on low, or 4-6 hours on High.
- Stir before serving.
