Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 pounds Stew beef ((cubed))
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
  • 1 large Onion ((chopped))
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 pound Potatoes ((cubed))
  • 3 ribs Celery ((diced))
  • 1 pound Baby carrots
  • 2 1/2 cups Beef broth (1)
  • 1 package Brown Gravy mix ((0.87 oz))
  • 2 cups Water

Instruction

  • Coat your beef with the flour and then place in slow cooker.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker.
  • Cook covered for 6-8 hours on low.
  • I served mine with warm corn bread muffins!
