Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pounds Stew beef ((cubed))
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
- 1 large Onion ((chopped))
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 pound Potatoes ((cubed))
- 3 ribs Celery ((diced))
- 1 pound Baby carrots
- 2 1/2 cups Beef broth (1)
- 1 package Brown Gravy mix ((0.87 oz))
- 2 cups Water
Instruction
- Coat your beef with the flour and then place in slow cooker.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker.
- Cook covered for 6-8 hours on low.
- I served mine with warm corn bread muffins!
