Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 1 (3 to 4-lb) pork loin
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (1-oz) package of Au jus mix
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instruction

  • Trim away as much fat from the Pork Loin Roast as you can possibly remove.
  • Place pork loin in the slow cooker. Combine water, BBQ sauce, and au jus packet. Pour over pork loin.
  • Cover with the lid, and allow to cook for 8 hours, until it’s fork-tender.
  • Shred the loin with two forks or slice with a knife. Return to the slow cooker and stir into sauce.
  • Serve the pork on buns or over grits, rice, or potatoes.
