The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 small (about 8oz) boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 6-ounce can tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons (25g) brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup and 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cabbage (see video below)
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
