Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 pork chops loin or center cut, bone or boneless, 1 inch thick
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce , divided
  • 1 cup corn, canned
  • 4 or 1 1/2 cups apples, peeled, cored, sliced

Instruction

  • Add pork chops to slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle onion on top.
  • Drizzle half of the barbecue sauce on top of onion.
  • Next place the corn on and then the apples.
  • Drizzle with remaining barbecue sauce.
  • Do not stir.
  • Place lid on slow cooker and cook on high for 3-3 1/2 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
  • Serve sauce with pork chops. Enjoy!
