Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 pork chops loin or center cut, bone or boneless, 1 inch thick
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup barbecue sauce , divided
- 1 cup corn, canned
- 4 or 1 1/2 cups apples, peeled, cored, sliced
Instruction
- Add pork chops to slow cooker.
- Sprinkle onion on top.
- Drizzle half of the barbecue sauce on top of onion.
- Next place the corn on and then the apples.
- Drizzle with remaining barbecue sauce.
- Do not stir.
- Place lid on slow cooker and cook on high for 3-3 1/2 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
- Serve sauce with pork chops. Enjoy!
