Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 pounds small or mini potatoes
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instruction
- In a small bowl combine the seasoned salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Stir until blended and set aside.
- Place potatoes and onions into your slow cooker. Sprinkle with seasonings and drizzle melted butter all over the potatoes. Stir until potatoes are coated in butter and seasonings are evenly distributed.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. If cooking on high heat for about 2 to 3 hours, stir occasionally so the butter does not burn. Serve and enjoy!
