Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons gluten free tamari
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (add 1 teaspoon for less spicy version)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (optional)
  • 2 large chicken breasts

Instruction

  • In a bowl combine ginger, garlic, tamari, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, olive oil and chicken broth. Mix until smooth.
  • Place chicken in slow cooker and pour the sauce on top.
  • Set on high for 4 hours.
  • Remove the chicken, shred it and return to the slow cooker, mixing it with the sauce, for another 30 minutes.
