Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons gluten free tamari
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (add 1 teaspoon for less spicy version)
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (optional)
- 2 large chicken breasts
Instruction
- In a bowl combine ginger, garlic, tamari, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, olive oil and chicken broth. Mix until smooth.
- Place chicken in slow cooker and pour the sauce on top.
- Set on high for 4 hours.
- Remove the chicken, shred it and return to the slow cooker, mixing it with the sauce, for another 30 minutes.
