Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 pounds Boneless Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 cups Asian Sesame Dressing

Instruction

  • Spray slow cooker lightly with cooking spray.
  • Pour teriyaki sauce into slow cooker.
  • Add beef roast and cover.
  • Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours.
  • Add Asian sesame dressing to the teriyaki sauce that remains in the slow cooker. If you prefer a thicker gravy, combine corn starch and Asian sesame dressing in a small bowl before adding to the slow cooker.
  • Turn slow cooker up to high.
  • Remove roast from slow cooker and loosely cover with aluminum foil. Set aside.
  • Add dressing mixture to slow cooker and stir to combine.
  • Cook, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens.
  • Serve with prepared rice or noodles.
