Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 - 5 pounds pork roast
  • 3 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup chopped sweet yellow onion
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • optional: top with pickled red onion

Instruction

  • Place about half the apples and onions on the bottom of your slow cooker.  Put the pork on top, and then the rest of the apples and onions over that.
  • Pour soy sauce over everything, cover and cook on high for 4 - 6 hours or low for 8 - 10 hours.
  • Shred and enjoy!
