Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 500 g sausage beef mince
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup rice uncooked
- 1 onion diced
- 1 cup plain flour to coat
- 1 1/5 L tomato soup
- 2 cup water
Instruction
- Combine mince, garlic, rice, onion, salt and pepper in large bowl with hands until well mixed.
- Sprinkle plain flour on tin foil.
- Roll mince mix into golf-ball sized balls, roll onto flour and cover lightly.
- Combine tomato soup with water to soup instructions, add to slow cooker, then stir to combine.
- Add meatballs into soup mix one at a time to avoid splash, making sure that meatballs are covered.
- Cook for 7-8 hours or according to slow cooker instructions, until rice is poking out of meatballs.
