- 2 large onions (halved and finely sliced)

- 350 ml lamb stock
- 1 pinch saffron threads
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 100 grams dried apricots (chopped)
- 1 kg fresh broad beans
- Shetland sea salt (to taste)
