Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 4 98% fat-free rindless shortcut bacon rashers diced
- 1 onion diced
- 8 baby potatoes quartered
- 1/2 cup Kraft cheese shredded
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tbs dried herbs
- 50g butter
- 2 shallots chopped
Instruction
- Line slow cooker with foil, allow enough to cover the potatoes when finished. Line the base of the foil with non-stick baking paper.
- Layer half each of the bacon, onions, potatoes and cheese in slow cooker. Season to taste and dot with butter.
- Repeat layers of bacon, onions, potatoes, cheese and butter.
- Cover with foil.
- Cover and cook on low for 10 hours or on auto for 6-8 hours.
- Sprinkle with diced shallots prior to serving.
