Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs. pork chops
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Arrange the pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Add the other ingredients and stir a little bit to distribute.
- Turn-on the slow cooker to low heat settings and cook for 6 to 7 hours.
- Remove from the slow cooker and transfer to a serving plate.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
