Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- Air Fryer
- Air Fryer Skewers
- 600 g Chicken Breast
- 2 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Coriander
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1 Tsp Mixed Spice
- Pinch Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tsp Garlic
- 1 Tsp Onion
- Salt & Pepper
Instruction
- Dice your chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
- In a ramekin add your dried seasonings and mix well.
- Load the seasonings into a bowl with the chicken breast and mix well.
- Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours for the chicken to marinade.
- Remove the chicken from the fridge, load onto skewers and add a little olive oil over the kebabs.
- Place the chicken kebabs in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes at 180c/360f. Turn and cook for a further 10 minutes.
- Serve.
