Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Slow Cooker
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Puree
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Fat Free Yoghurt
  • 2 Tbsp Quark
  • ½ Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Coriander
  • 1 Tsp Mixed Spice
  • 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tbsp Tandorri Masala
  • Salt & Pepper

Instruction

  • Peel and dice the onion and place it in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Dice the chicken breasts and add it too.
  • Add the garlic and all the seasonings along with the yoghurt and cheese.
  • Using your hands mix everything thoroughly so that the seasoning and yoghurt coats the chicken and onion well.
  • Place the lid on and set it to high and cook for 4 hours.
  • After 4 hours stir and serve with white rice.
