Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Slow Cooker
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Puree
- 1 Large Onion
- 1 Tbsp Fat Free Yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp Quark
- ½ Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Coriander
- 1 Tsp Mixed Spice
- 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tbsp Tandorri Masala
- Salt & Pepper
Instruction
- Peel and dice the onion and place it in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Dice the chicken breasts and add it too.
- Add the garlic and all the seasonings along with the yoghurt and cheese.
- Using your hands mix everything thoroughly so that the seasoning and yoghurt coats the chicken and onion well.
- Place the lid on and set it to high and cook for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours stir and serve with white rice.
