Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 5 medium bananas (cut into 1-in chunks and frozen)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup strong-brewed coffee
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup coarsely chopped semisweet chocolate

Instruction

  • Place bananas, yogurt, coffee, sugar, and cocoa in a food processor. Process on high speed until mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides if necessary. Stir in chopped chocolate.
  • Transfer ice cream to a 2-qt container and freeze until firm, about 2-3 hours.
