Ingredients

The following ingredients have 20 Servings
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup fat free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 3 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2-1 packet of Sweet'N Low (depending on how sweet you want it)

Instruction

  • (You can't find better directions for making something delicious first thing in the morning...)
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pulse until all smooth.
  • Enjoy!
